As a stylist for nearly thirty years, owning a salon is a dream come true! Quite simply, I love doing hair and sharing the satisfaction of a happy client in an atmosphere of elegant pampering.

Prior to opening Mes Amis, I worked in Beverly Hills at the trendsetting Allen Edwards Salon, and was also part of the prestigious Sebastian artistic and educational team. We presented shows in cities across America, including Dallas, New York and Hawaii. However the learning never stops, and my training includes some of the finest available, from Bumble & Bumble razor cutting, to Wella Color classes, and seminars with Sassoon and Toni & Guy and I'm very excited about the result I am getting with the new Brazilian Blowout treatment.

I take considerable care and interest in developing a style that suits a clients hair texture, face and body. As a color specialist, I have the experience and artist’s eye to formulate the perfect shade for complimenting one’s natural skin color. I do ethnic relaxing as well as the “Chi” method of thermal straightening hair. Custom blended hair extensions are another specialty of mine. I delight in giving a woman the hair length and volume she’s always dreamed of having.

My work is about beauty and style, but most importantly, quality. I trained with Vidal Sassoon for cut and color, including advanced haircutting with Yosh. I'm a certified Wella Institute hairstylist for color correction, foil placement, color flashing and advanced styling. I have extensive training with "Fire Monkey" and "So-Cap" hair extensions.

Hello, I am Grace,

I have lived and worked in Sonoma County for 10 years. Over that time I have had the pleasure of working on a large variety of hair types.

Working on Multicultural hair is a strong skill requiring the use of a Varity of hot irons, press and curl Marcel, flat, to name a few.

Changing the structure of hair is another thing I love to do, whither it be, relaxers, wave Nuevo, or texturizing perms.

I am certified in Keratin Complex, a smoothing treatment. I have taken classes from Pravana, Coppola and Wella.

To make your special event more beautiful, I can do your makeup and updo. On site, or in the salon. I continue to educate myself, and grow in my field, so that my clients get the best of me.
